The time is nearly upon us when you find out how you have done in the Photoshow and to enjoy the annual presentation and Hog Roast

The event will start at 1pm

Signs will be put up nearby and there is plenty of parking on the grassed area.
Please if you can bring a chair or two as there are limited seating facilities.
Any deserts and raffle prizes you could bring will be gratefully received
Don't forget we can only accept cash for the raffle
If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know ASAP otherwise we may not be able to cater for you
All are welcome if you haven't paid your membership for this year, please come along on Sunday you can pay on the day
