Hey guys,

Hope you are all surviving from the snow which apparently seems never ending.

*Please delete this if not aloud*

I'm wondering if there are any vacancies out there working within the koi industry? I've been in food and beverage sales for 8 years and have got a real passion for moving into koi.

Having built my own pond and being comfortable scraping etc I'd be keen to learn from proffesionals.

Thanks for considering me, if you'd like to contact me:

Good luck Joe,

You could contact some of the forum's sponsors at the bottom of the page maybe someone has an opportunity or can offer some kind of koi work experience.

Thanks, appreciate it!

Just want to carry on learning about the hobby and how to care for the fish in the best ways.

I know its easy to say but ive really become addicted to koi husbandry and would love to do it as a job!

When we get out of the restrictions with Covid and it is deemed safe the YKS will be having their winter meetings again with presentations that should enhance your experience and understanding of Koi keeping and the hobby in general.
You are welcome to attend 1 meeting as a guest then if you would like to attend more or any of the many functions that we offer throughout the year you are more than welcome to join our society annual membership is £20. It is nice to see new faces and we are a friendly bunch. (No obligation at all if you would rather not)

Regards Jim

Hi Jim

I’d absolutely be interested in this, where abouts would I subscribe to that?

Thanks

Membership starts April and events are dependant on current climate, But if you have a look at the sticky top of chat "2020 Events" that will give you an idea of some events that were booked for 2020 we had the talk by Allan Tait but Covid stopped everything else ime afraid.

Regards Jim
