Well _ thinking of changing my 320 and getting a combi drum later in the year.
Any suggestions on each drum with the pros and cons appreciated.
I guess a few keepers would be interested in this.

I changed from a Nexus 300 to a Synergy Drum and it’s the best move I’ve ever made. Quality is good and water quality drastically improved, if I was to build again I would install a Synergy Combo.

I think the drum has to be the best step forward for a long time for us keepers.
I have the AquaDrum 55. Had it for about 4 years now and it has transformed things so much.
For me the Drum has brought back the enjoyment to the hobby. No more weekly maintenance schedules. No more concerns that I have cleaned things correctly. The water is superb and crystal clear. It was always good but now it sparkles
I have not had any deceases or infections since adding the drum. I would normally start the season with something.
I cannot advise on the Combi drums as I don't have one. For me I like multiple media types as I think they all perform slightly differently and support different types of friendly bacteria. I could be completely wrong on that statement but it does give me peace of mind knowing I have more than one type
I think all the Drums perform equally as well as each other. Yes there are the big names with really good build quality and some with not so good. My recommendation would be to get one that you can easily get spares for. Things do go wrong eventually and these are a big investment to start with
