Hello All,

A few days ago, I found one of my Koi around 10 yards away from the edge of my natural pond, I assumed it must have jumped out, and then been attacked by cats or something.

This morning I awoke to a similar scene of carnage, this time the fish was only around 3,yards from the ponds edge.

I live in North Yorkshire, near the coast, I do see herons around here, but I don't think they would be stong enough to drag a fish as big as this out of the water - does anyone have any thoughts on what could be responsible.

In the meantime, I am putting an electric fence around the perimeter.
