Hi Dave,

I have never used the stuff, but here is a link to the website that details what it can do.

Hope this helps, just copy and paste it

Dave,

Assuming it's "solid" polystyrene (rather than foam), you may be able to use silicone. I've used screwfix "no-nonsense" Builders, general purpose and sanitary silicone to bond all sorts of materials, including insulation sheets to walls and timber cladding onto insulation and plaster. Nothing has fallen off yet! It compresses much better than gripfil and pink grip, minimising the gap between materials. Press the surfaces together to spread the silicone thinly and it effectively pulls the surfaces together. If neither surface is absorbent, you may need to support the top layer for a while the silicone cures, but in most of my applications the stiction has been sufficient. If the plastic panels go to the floor, that should take the weight. (not usually the case with grab adhesives where these nearly always need pinning while it cures).

Try applying some of the silicone to the surfaces first to make sure you don't get a chemical reaction, i.e. dissolving of the polystyrene or plastic. I've tried it on both, without issue.

Sorted the pinkgrip grab stuff worked to stick foam sheets to wall plastic sheets I used screws and washers to fasten over top and back to wall pinkgrip stiff would of worked on this I think but I wanted it done and it takes a while to go off plastic sheets don’t stand rigid either
