18 degrees is the trigger point in my main pond to start feeding SILK WORM.

This years supply is probably the best i have ever had.

I firmly believe it is one of the best foods possible for GROWTH and also perhaps more important SKIN LUSTRE.

I do 1kg bags for £9.95

For those who do not want such growth I also do Hikari Wheatgerm 10kg medium pellet at £74.95.

regards chris m.

I am open whenever I am in, ask Alan smith and Matt wharton for the time of their last purchases. The only exception is sunday between 1400 and 1500 everything stops for yorkshire puddings.

Regards chris m.

Dont forget to ask for info on feeding, one point being THEY DO NOT NEED SOAKING,all you will end up with by doing that is the oils in the food will be in the soak water not in the koi where they belong.

Been feeding silkworm in pond for a few days at 18c.

And feeding babies at 23c for several weeks ,at first I was breaking in half but now even the little ones somehow manage a whole one. Have fed silkworm as treats for many years usually takes a while to get used to this year taken straight away with gusto. Maybe I don't feed enough.

After initial introduction period feed as heavily as your fish and filtration will handle for best results.

Chris, the joys of enclosed ponds. I peaked at 15degrees and am now back at 12 thanks to a typical British summer! Roll on the new pond and quarantine/grow on system.

Yes, thanks Chris. The Sanke is generally hanging about with the "big boys", and straight on to the feed. The Doits and gin rin are harder to spot but usually grazing off the pond sides. No sulking
