Hi has anyond fit Amalgam uv light to draco drum if so did you just drop it in the dirty side. Think 40w would be ok fir 5500 gal pond

I don't have a draco drum but I do have a drum.
I would not put it in the dirty side it should go in the clean side.

I contacted draco they sed a 40w amalgam would fit in the drum ok and should be put in the dirty side .

I would check with draco first just to make sure the pvc is uv safe
