Oh no! Sorry to hear this.
Looks like you may have an otter problem. When you get your fence I’d have it at a low level to the ground so it can’t sneak under it and maybe do two lines of defence like an inner and outer fence.
You may find now though that as it’s found a food source it may keep coming back until it has them all
