If you use sodium thiosulphate to neutralise pp how much do you use I have both sodium thiosulphate crystals and hydrogen peroxide which is best to use

Thanx Chris so when it’s gone off brown no need to put either sodium thiosulphate or Kusuri peroxxide in just use these to neutralise if fish seem to be struggling I have either I can use for this

Hi Dave, yes just keep them handy in case the fish do struggle as Chris says with the correct use and lots of air they should be ok. Once brown the treatment is spent and then i would just let it clear naturally and keep the extra air on until its cleared

Wayne i use pp at 1.5 grammes per ton and touch wood never had a problem,i have always ensured cleaned filters etc before hand.I bet the japanese breeders who seem to use it in much higher concentrations than we do have never heard of either product.I will ask them.
